Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Most ShaysParadise products are made to order. Please review product details, sizes, colors, and your delivery address carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders

Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date—or the estimated delivery date for a missing shipment—at sheetalprasad099@outlook.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video when applicable.

If our review confirms a manufacturing error, damaged item, incorrect item, or eligible shipping issue, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement or refund. Do not send an item back unless we give you return instructions.

Change-of-mind and ordering errors

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Minor variations that are normal for the printing or manufacturing process are not considered defects.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can usually make changes only before the order is sent to production. Once production has started, cancellation, design, product, size, color, or address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are refundable only when required by law or when the refund relates to an eligible product or shipping issue.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the consumer laws that apply to your purchase.
