Where we ship

We ship to destinations where a shipping option is available at checkout. Product availability and delivery methods can vary by destination and production partner.

Processing and production

Products are made to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed, but it may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, stock shortages, or quality-control reprints. Production times cannot normally be expedited.

Delivery estimates and charges

Available shipping methods, charges, and the best current delivery estimate are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Standard international delivery may take approximately 10–30 business days after production, depending on the destination, carrier, customs, and production partner.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking is provided when the selected carrier service supports it. Some orders containing multiple products may be produced by different partners and arrive in separate packages, with separate tracking details.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Addresses and delivery problems

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins. Extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If an order is damaged, incorrect, delayed beyond the estimate, or appears lost, email sheetalprasad099@outlook.com within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.
